In this case, TargetMachine DNS is working fine. boincmgr.exe CPU usage is 0-1% but I have to End Process anyways.Įdit: OK, I have better details. The SourceMachine Manager will "freeze" and then say "Connecting to TargetMachine" then "Disconnected" then "Connecting to TargetMachine" then "Disconnected" over and over. TargetMachine (Client only): 7.14.2 圆4 Linux with DNS problems.
BOINC WINDOWS 10 WINDOWS 10
SourceMachine (Manager): 7.14.2 圆4 in Windows 10 trying to connect to TargetMachine.I think in the past the Event Log said "Can't resolve hostname in remote_hosts.cfg: SourceMachine" I can SSH into the target machine and will try to read the log. Where is the Event Log stored in Linux? I cannot find "stdoutdae.txt" in /var/lib/boinc-client. Yes, in this case the target machine is having DNS and other network problems.
